(Acupuncture Los Angeles) for (Back Pain Weight Loss Deprerssion)

(Acupuncture Los Angeles) for Back Pain Weight Loss Depression

Acupuncture is a type of complementary medicine treatment that help patients to heal by insertion of solid-thin needles in very precise part of the body.

Acupuncture is a method of encouraging the body to promote natural healing and to improve functioning. This is done by inserting needles and applying heat or electrical stimulation at very precise acupuncture points.

Since its origins in Ancient China, acupuncture has been embedded in the concepts of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Its general theory is based on the premise that bodily functions are regulated by the flow of an energy-like entity called qi. Acupuncture aims to correct imbalances in the flow of qi by stimulation of anatomical locations on or under the skin called acupuncture points, most of which are connected by channels known as meridians. Scientific research has not found any physical or biological correlate of qi, meridians and acupuncture points, and some contemporary practitioners needle the body without using a theoretical framework.

Acupuncture promotes general health, relieves pain, helps weight control and loss, treats infertility, eliminates insomnia, improves and minimize mental and emotional challenges like depression and anxiety, and treats and prevents many other diseases.

The classical Chinese explanation is that channels of energy run in regular patterns through the body and over its surface. These energy channels, called meridians, are like energy rivers flowing through the body to irrigate and nourish the tissues. An obstruction in the movement of these energy rivers is like a dam that backs up in others and produce an energy imbalance.

There is general agreement that acupuncture is safe when administered by well-trained practitioners using sterile needles[ but does carry small but serious risks and adverse effects including death. The use of acupuncture for infertility in Los Angeles for certain conditions has been tentatively endorsed by the United States National Institutes of Health and National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, the National Health Service of the United Kingdom, and the World Health Organization.
